Our OAME Delta Park Business Center has three conference rooms available to rent for your business-related meetings, seminars, and workshops.
OAME also rents incubator office space at below-market prices if you are looking to set up an individual office.

Amelia Conference Room
Board Room Setting, Seats 18 – 20 at table plus additional for approximately 15 (*No change in set-up)
Weekday Rate: 7am – 5pm at $75/hr, 5pm – 7pm at $95/hr
Weekend Rate: 8am – 5pm and 5pm – 7pm at 1.5 X weekday rate
Big Jim Steiner Conference Room
Board Room Setting, Seats 14 at Table plus additional for approximately 20 (*No change in set-up)
Weekday Rate: 7am – 5pm at $75/hr, 5pm -7pm at $95/hr
Weekend Rate: 8am – 5pm and 5pm – 7pm at 1.5 X weekday rate
Large Conference Room
Standard Set-Up: U-Shape w/ Head Table on Riser and 10 Rounds of 8 on Either Side of the “U”, Seating Capacity for 200
Mics, Screens, Projector available at $60/hour
Weekday Rate: 7am – 5pm at $125/hr, 5pm – 7pm at $150/hr
*Set up and clean-up time is included in the total amount of hours.
