Call on professional services providers! Do you wish your local government agencies would open their doors to give you a chance to connect with public agency project managers who frequently contract work out? A chance to get the word out about your business and connect with government staff? What if we told you that wish has come true?

OAME is inviting you to present your business to local public agency staff who will be prepared to engage with you and learn all about what your business has to offer. There’s space for 25 display tables, 2 persons per table to represent your business.

Public agencies in attendance will be:

• Metro
• TriMet
• Port of Portland
• City of Hillsboro
• Multnomah County
• Washington County
• Secretary of State

What to expect?

About 3-5 representative per agency will be visiting each small business table to learn about your business.

Procurement staff will provide information about how the process works for each agency.

How to prepare?

Bring information that highlights the services your business provides.

Be prepared to talk about your business and what you have to offer.

What is in for you?

Connect with government staff who frequently contracts out professional service.

Some public agencies will have upcoming projects providing an opportunity to propose on.

Learn about direct contracting opportunities, that don’t require a competitive process.
